Swatting - The real issue

Did you think Amazon wasn’t big enough? Well, think again; turns out Amazon has bought the most popular streaming service on the internet, Twitch. Speaking of Twitch, Overlook way… what would you think would happen if while your favorite youtuber was streaming on Twitch, he gets swatted????

First of all: what is Swatting? Swatting is an internet term that refers to the act of prank calling at a higher level; it’s the same thing as prank calling police and making them dispatch units like swat, bomb squad, etc… this often happens to Youtubers while live streaming.
This is a real issue as it’s a waste of tax payers’ money, and public services; while they could be out doing something useful like stop REAL crime, they are stuck following a fake call.

This has happened to Kootra, a youtuber who works with The Creature. While he was streaming, he heard sounds outside his door, and, immediately, the Swat team entered the room and ordered Kootra to the ground, searched him and conversed. They didn’t shut down the stream, but they did cover the camera at 20 minutes into the stream.
Kootra is now released and well, a school got shut down as well, and the whole office got evacuated. This all happened in a 10 hours span (Don’t quote me on it) and everyone didn’t take it too bad fortunately.

That’s All!! What did you think about what happened? Have you been a Swatting victim? Did I miss anything? As always, tell me in the comments.
